We know first hand how frustrating it can be to suddenly have additional costs and fees when you’re building a home. We feel that honesty is the key and the service we provide will make sure you feel involved, informed and happy with your build process, and extremely happy with your new home!

Our Signature Range of extensive inclusions guarantees that your build goes smoothly and your home is ready to walk into. We provide everything from garden taps and solar power panels to air con and the dishwasher. We also have a vast range of upgrades available on colourings, tiles, kitchen cupboards and benchtops, taps, shower heads and much more!

Having an in-house architect and design team enables us to vary from set plans and play with options in real time instead of waiting around for a third party designer. Once you have selected the floor plan, you can work with our design team to add your own personal touches.

 

HOME & LAND PACKAGES
We have exclusive access to some of the best land developments in South East Queensland. We are then able to pass savings on to you with a COMPLETE House & Land Package. As new residential developments explode with buyer enthusiasm, we are able to offer ‘snap up deals’ with particular lots and locations. From large two storey home and land packages to smaller investment opportunities, we have it covered!

NEED FLEXIBILITY?
We’re more than happy to alter plans to fit covenant requirements or add an extra bedroom or media room for Dad. You can also build straight off our range of 50+ series plans. We find at least 70% of our builds are slight variations of our home plans or complete custom builds.

WANT A CUSTOM BUILD?
Custom builds don’t have to be a nightmare! From initial concept to final drafts, our Customer Care Officers will work with you to ensure your dream home comes to life and exceeds your expectations.

HAVE AN UNUSUAL SHAPED OR NARROW BLOCK?
No problem! We love a challenge and are happy to create a home plan to suit your block or lifestyle. We also have some incredible plans for narrow lots or we can develop a completely new concept to enhance a particular view or element on your land.

An acreage property is not just about the size, it’s what the home and land can offer you to add value to your life. The acreage lifestyle is very much sought after these days. Many people are getting tired of the everyday grind of city life and want some peace and quiet or more space for the growing family.

We have some amazing plans to suit lots 3000m² and bigger that utilize the landscape, natural light and features of the land for acreage properties. Fitting in all the family is not a problem. Our experienced architect and draftsteam ensure space for the entertainer, room for an extra garage, media or rumpus room for the kids, and of course – a generous master bedroom in all designs for the perfect parents retreat.

SEE BELOW FOR OUR BUILDING PROCESS STEPS

STEP 1

  • Find your land to build your new house
  • Pick your house design with Valeco Homes
  • Pay your $1,500 deposit on your house
  • Nominate your home’s preferred siting on your land
  • Submit a copy of your Land Contract, Disclosure/Sealed/Registered Plan, Estate Developer Guidelines and Soil Compaction Report and Proof of Ownership
  • Provide details of your lending institution or speak to our Finance Broker (if required)
  • Discuss any home inclusions with your New Home Sales Consultant and any plan changes

STEP 2

  • Attend your HIA Contract signing appointment which includes your final specifications
  • Arrange your unconditional finance approval
  • Once approved, provide documentation to Valeco Homes Head Office

STEP 3

  • Attend your Colour Selection Appointment at our Head Office
  • Feel free to bring along any material and sample ideas that you like

STEP 4

  • Finalise any house variations from your Colour Selection Appointment
  • Sign and return Final Construction Drawings and Documentation to Valeco Homes

STEP 5
